Notes for completing the form:
- All fields are required to check your eligibility to join the association.
- The only personal data you enter on the form that will be shared with other members is your Display Name. This is the name that will appear against anything you publish on this site and is the ONLY data from this form that will be visible to other users.
Our publishing policy includes the condition that posts should not be anonymous and that you should be identified by your name and your lodge. Lodges are identified by the resort location: (R)etallack/Main, (G)lades, (F)istrals, (M)eadows, (H)illside, (S)urf Pods, and the lodge number, e.g. R34A, G206, M4.
Please set your Display Name using the format:
FirstName LastName LodgeID (e.g. John Smith M4)
We reserve the right to modify your Display Name if we consider it appropriate. - Joint owners should register separately in their own names (with different email addresses). Their accounts will be linked once the registration process is complete.
What will happen next?

An automated email will be sent to the address you enter in which you will be asked to verify your registration request.
There are two main reasons why we ask you to confirm your registration request:
- You may have inadvertently entered an incorrect email address
- A third party may try to sign you up without your knowledge, so sending a verification email to you allows you to confirm your intention to sign up
Please check your Spam or Junk folders if you do not receive this email in your inbox within a few minutes.
If the email does find its way into your Spam or Junk folder, please carry out the following procedures to minimise the chances of this happening again:
- Mark the email as ‘Not Spam’ and move it to your Inbox
- Add the sender (admin@retallackowners.uk) to your Safe Senders list. The procedure for doing this varies according to your email provider, so if you are unsure how to accomplish it, please check their Support or FAQs
- Add the domain retallackowners.uk to your Safe Domains list. [Not all email providers offer this option]
Click on the verification link in the email within 24 hours. Once you have done this, your membership will have ‘subscriber’ status and you will be able to log in to the site but will have restricted access to the content.
The verification link will expire after 24 hours. If you click on the link after it has expired, you will be taken to a page where you have the option to request that the link be re-sent.
You won’t obtain full access to the site content and functionality until your ownership status is validated at the next step.
When you next log in, you will need to complete the registration process by entering details of the lodge(s) you own.
This information is required to validate your status as an owner at Retallack Resort.
The information you provide will not be accessible to other owners, but will be shared with the Retallack Owners’ Group committee to provide context to your posts and comments.
You will see a link to the validation page in the blue box on the home page. Alternatively, select the menu option Hi, xxx | Complete registration
Your validation request will be sent to a site administrator who will check your details and send you confirmation of your completed registration and ‘owner’ status. This may take up to a couple of days. You will not be able to access the members’ areas until your registration is approved.
Validation is necessary to ensure that the site content and forum can only be accessed by bona fide private lodge owners. This gives you the assurance that your views will only be shared with other owners who share your interests.
